A problem at first but they took care of it Ordered a new 2015 Highlander Limited. When it came in it did not have the tow package that it was ordered with. After some discussion the dealer of Ordered a new 2015 Highlander Limited. When it came in it did not have the tow package that it was ordered with. After some discussion the dealer offered to order another one with the correct packages on it. We ended up purchasing the one that came in so we would have to wait another 8 weeks.
