I had the absolute best vehicle shopping experience! I went on Jeff Wyler's web site when I was searching for a new car. I found one that I really liked and entered my information to be contacted. Scott sent me a e-mail that same night and then called me for a new car. I found one that I really liked and entered my information to be contacted. Scott sent me a e-mail that same night and then called me the next day. We discussed the car and some of the financing terms. After talking with my husband, we decided that we really couldn't afford the monthly payments. I called Scot and let him know our decision. He came up with another vehicle that he thought we would like and even brought it to our house for us to see. We increased our down payment and ended up being able to afford the original vehicle. I rode back to the dealership with Scott and drove off in a new Rav4 in less than 2 hours. Scott was very attentive and made sure that he met all of our needs and wants. Since then, he has called me several times to make sure that everything is okay. While at the dealership, everyone there was very friendly and polite. More
