It was a great experience and having looked at Dealers in Indy, Fort Wayne, and Lafayette, Wyler was the best price! Tom was patient with me and gave me lots of time to ponder my decision. Visit started out satisfactorily. Had 9:00 AM appointment with instructions to NOT WASH CAR. Car was taken to work station and around 9:30 Zack informed me that all servicing had been completed but the engin with instructions to NOT WASH CAR. Car was taken to work station and around 9:30 Zack informed me that all servicing had been completed but the engine air filter and passenger compartment air filters were dirty and should be replaced to which I agreed. Around 10:05, I noticed a red Toyota was parked outside the service department but did not know if it was mine. At 10:45, I decided to see why it was taking so long to replace two filters in place of the two that had already been removed to show to me. Zack discovered that the red Toyota was indeed mine and he tried to find out why it was parked outside the service department--he was not successful in acquiring this information by the time I departed. He discounted my bill by $20.00 and said I was ready to go and he would continue to try to find out what happened and the offending person or persons would be reprimanded. Upon getting into my car, which was very clean when I brought it in, had dried water spots on the hood, fenders and part of the top. In addition, the windshield also had water drops and dried wiper swipes across the windshield. Previous visits for service have been satisfactory but this visit on October 12 was the worst experience I have had in the past 35 years that were associated with routine servicing. Only serivces provided in the mid-1970s by Boone Volkswagen and Bales Datsun were worse. Services since the mid-1970s have been provided by Chevrolet, Pontiac, Cadillac, Ford, Nissan and Mazda dealers in Florida and southern Indiana. Another negative experience at Wyler Toyota will result in cessation of my coming to Wyler for purchase or service for current or future vehicles. More

I had a wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler Clarksville Toyota. I found a deal on the internet and they responded immediately (they must have people working around the clock there). I saw the vehicle withi Toyota. I found a deal on the internet and they responded immediately (they must have people working around the clock there). I saw the vehicle within a couple of hours. It was raining cats and dogs and they brought the car inside for me. We took a test drive; great idea in the rain by the way. I had my 2 year old with me and they made him very comfortable. Several of the guys helped watch him while I conducted business. We were able to negotiate a good, fair deal and I drove away in my new minivan within a few hours! Yipee for me. I'll definitely go back there for my next car. I also got a $25 gift card in the mail and a box of Chocolate chip cookies. AWESOME!!! And, a sales tax refund check in the mail. I'm telling you, you can't beat that! More
Eric was all business, was friendly, helpful, and very straight forward. My service was readily accomplished but they found a nail in the sdiewall of a tire.
