I was hearing a strange noise in my truck. Went into dealreship and spoke with Jason in service dept. We took a short ride to see if we both could hear noise and figure out where it was coming from. Jason, thought a cover needed to be tightened and said they would take care of it for me. I also had oil change at the time. Once mechanic looked further into noise issue, found it was a seal near catalytic converter. Would cost $150 to fix, and gave me option of fixing in near future, as not a serious problem that would hinder use of vehicle or endanger me. Was very pleased at information and time taken to satisfy my worry. More

We live in Kentucky but take our Matrix to Jeff Wyler's in Indiana for service since we know from prior experience that we can trust them to do the work correctly and at a reasoanble price. Everyone is very friendly and courteous and explain everything to you. Plus, the waiting area is out in the open and you do not feel closed in by being in a small room. Having lost the cooling effect with my A/C, I called your Service Department at or about 11:00 AM 06/06/11 for an appointment to fix my problem. I was given a 2:00 PM appointment, which was great.
