Both Margarita and Chris treated my family and I like family. I have known Chris for about eight years from S&S PowerSports. JR from your financial department took time with my wife and I, took us back in a converance room and showed us both on how our credit score works, where we are now and where we could be in a year from now. He took about 2 hours to explain this to us. Jason (service manager) was execelt also. He really took his time and made sure that my wifes 2007 Honda Odessey was perfect in every way. My family and I had come to the dealership more for pricing and figuring out what kind of car we would like to purchase. As soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by a very friendly staff with pricing and figuring out what kind of car we would like to purchase. As soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by a very friendly staff with Darrell Bryan leading the way. I had with me my wife and two young children ( who were beastly that day) however the staff simply treated my family like family and never blinked an eye. They were very patient with us through our doubts of wiether to buy now or wait. We decided to buy and were worked with so we could fit this new car into our budget. Overall I rate this dealership very high on my list and will simply say that their mission statement isnt just a statement but a way of life at Jeff Wyler toyota of Clarksville. More
I was looking for a car for my son at first, Tom found us a a 05 Honda Accord,He stayed late one night to wait for us to get there so my son could test drive it. I was in a ford expedition and was really spending a lot of money in gas. I asked Tom if he could do something for me. He showed me a beautiful light blue Camery, I drove it and loved it. Came back the next night Tom and Jeff Wyler staff had started on my paper work. Everyone was very curtious, they even asked if I was the lady who just bought 2 cars. While I was waiting the cars got detailed and filled up with gas. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
Having visited the dealership in January and Tim keeping in touch made it that easy to deal. Everybody was from Sales to service took my vehicle in to have the Satellite Radio install everything has been g in touch made it that easy to deal. They helped to keep me relaxed even when I didn't know what I wanted to do. He never once seemed or acted a little anxious with me or anything. The customer service ability that he exibited toward me was awesome! I went to see Tom at Jeff Wyler Toyota for my first new car purchase. He made me feel so at ease and confident in the vehicle I was purchasing. I felt I was being treated genuinely and like family. I was able to quickly schedule a service appointment with Zach. Russell has almost always been my contact person and he does a great job and I'm amazed at how well he remembers me. Salesperson seemed very nervous & inexperienced. Management was rude & condescending. We paid cash for a used vehicle ($10,000+), but were treated like we couldn't afford anything on the lot. Bought the vehicle at closing-time on a Saturday & agreed to bring it back on Monday for a couple of minor repairs and to be detailed. Salesperson did pick up the vehicle at our house, which was nice. However, when he returned the vehicle, he did not park it behind our house where it was when he picked it up. Instead he left it parked in front of the house with the driveway blocked. The repairs were complete, but the truck was a dirty mess & had not been detailed as promised. On that same day, we received an email from the salesperson asking if we were still interested in purchasing the vehicle we had inquired about - the same vehicle we had just purchased. We will never purchase from this dealer again, nor will we recommend this dealer to anyone we know. Overall - a terrible buying experience & equally unpleasant follow-up after the sale. More
