Because of covid I don’t feel it’s fair to judge the service. They are hampered by the restrictions put on them. No coffee while I waited for 2 hours for an oil change. No water! Also I had a 1:30 appointment and waited 2 hours . To me, an appointment means just that! An appointed time for it to be started. Not enough workers!
