Jeff was on top of things from start to finish. Before I filed my claim with Allstate I had Jeff give me an estimate for the damage. I was shocked and awed---a dealership gave me the lowest estimate!! Afte filed my claim with Allstate I had Jeff give me an estimate for the damage. After getting the claim settled with Allstate I immediately (within an hour) drove my new Ridgeline to Jeffrey Honda and put it into Jeff Emmon's capable hands. When I picked it up a few days later I gave it a very close look-over. I was completely satisfied. I couldn't tell where the difference between the old paint and the new paint and believe me I looked at the work very closely. Whatever Jeffrey Honda is paying Jeff Emmons and the body and paint guys is a good investment for the dealership. Yes I do recommend Jeffrey Honda to my friends. I even recommend Honda to my crybaby UAW friends. They don't want to hear it but so what. I got a good deal with my Honda and at the right price. More

Went in there to trade in my truck and purchase a new car that was smaller and more fuel efficient. Well, they appraised my truck around 4,000 less than KBB POOR. Yes POOR, and it was in good condition with that was smaller and more fuel efficient. Well, they appraised my truck around 4,000 less than KBB POOR. Yes POOR, and it was in good condition with loads of extras. The worst part was they said the price was all they could do, they would not work with me at all. I said I would be willing to take poor value, and they still wanted their price. I worked for nearly 5 hours cleaning the truck and 3 hours in the dealership, taking off work! If you want to give money away, go to Jeffery, he'll take it from ya. More

when i came in for an oil change # weeks ago , i was told by an employee that my rear brakes had only 20% left amd needed replacing. I took a day off work to come get it done only to have Gil call me to say by an employee that my rear brakes had only 20% left amd needed replacing. I took a day off work to come get it done only to have Gil call me to say that my brakes are fine and dont need replacing. While Gils honesty was appreciated that means someone else wasnt!! Randy has been a great salesman to me but this incident has me wondering about the integrity at Jeffrey. I would appreciate your response. More
