I visited Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Ram 2500 Laramie. Brian was the salesperson who showed me the truck and was very professional. However, I did with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Ram 2500 Laramie. Brian was the salesperson who showed me the truck and was very professional. However, I did not receive the same service from the manager Ray. He was not interested in talking with me nor did he get up from his chair to greet me. The next day I received an offer for purchase which included my trade vehicle. I asked Ray if he could provide a breakdown of the bottom line, e.g. taxes, tags, trade etc. His response was "All you need to know is your trade and $13,000". I was taken by his response and asked him again, he again replied with the same comment. I hung up and went somewhere else where I purchased a much better Ram truck. I would not recommend this dealership if you had to work with Ray. I gave a one star because ZERO is not an option. More
