Bought my ram at Jenkins Kia and was told for my fidelity extended warranty and service plan to take it to Jenkins ram and was told they don't know if my window not going up or my headlight shutting off ever extended warranty and service plan to take it to Jenkins ram and was told they don't know if my window not going up or my headlight shutting off everytime I stop was a warranty issue and id have to pay 189.95 for a diagnostic fee to see if its warranty or not........ JENKINS automotive group is trash at least the Kia and ram of homosassa and crystal river terrible places to buy or have service would not recommend to my worst enemy More

Contacted them yesterday about Ram 1500 Limited they had marked down, verified it was available and they told me a different price. Double checked online and price was lower than what he said. Set up an appointment to drive out today as its an hour drive each way, they text to verify I was still coming, I told them yes but it'll be about 20 minutes later. Arrived, they took pictures of my truck for a trade in and we went inside, where they tell me oh by the way that truck was apparently sold last night. Didn't bother to mention it when I confirmed with them, but they said they could get another. While they were looking I walked around the lot, truck was still there without a Sold sticker on it, which legally has to be on it if it's sold, and checked online and the same truck was still listed but for $11,000 more than it was yesterday. I get that sometimes errors happen on online pricing but rather than just be honest about it they wasted 3 hours of my work day. They then tell me that my truck they would typically sell for 115k, they offered me 90k, so they're luring you in with false advertising and then trying to make 25k on a trade in, walked out and will never return. More
