Great service. Had a nail in one tire. Tire repaired, tires rotated, got oil change. Fluids replenished. You folks are wasting your money on the call center. They need to tell customers when making service appointments that they are NOT speaking to the dealership. Causes a lot of confusion in communication when the call gets transferred to a Service Advisor within the dealership. Very unprofessional. More

Brought my HRV in for a recurring and known battery defect. They refused to even look at it! Was treated with a total lack of respect by Miachael. Perhaps I should have brought a man with me?
