John sold me a CR-V five years ago. He takes much time informing me about the benefits about the new CR-V and compared it to my old one. It took many hours to complete the transaction, but John did not rush. At the completion, he gave me paint for when I might need to touch up and samples of items that would keep my new car at its best. I will be back hoping John is there in five years. More
