A good experience having my CRV serviced. Eric was great to work with - relaxed and professional. My only complaint is the time it took for the service - when I booked the appt. ALWAYS an excellent experience in Jenkins Honda Service Dept I have been using Jenkins Honda Service Department for many years now for my 2014 Accord. I recently purchased a new Civic for my Daughter and now I I have been using Jenkins Honda Service Department for many years now for my 2014 Accord. Purchased a new car I needed a new car. I visited the online page the night before my visit and was able to make an appointment to test-drive a car for the following mor I needed a new car. I visited the online page the night before my visit and was able to make an appointment to test-drive a car for the following morning. A sales agent contacted me by telephone on the morning of my visit and was waiting for me for my test-drive. Everything went very well with the test-drive and the information provided by the agent. I ended up buying a new car after going back and forth on price discussions. From there, the process with documents and financing was very smooth. I drove home with my new car on the same day! Well done Jenkins! More
