Just stopped by for an oil change Just stopped by for a required oil change and tire rotation on a 2013 CRV with just over 100,000 miles and while waiting, was approached by Robert Bro Just stopped by for a required oil change and tire rotation on a 2013 CRV with just over 100,000 miles and while waiting, was approached by Robert Brown introducing a $500 drawing and an opportunity to see a new Honda. I resisted but a customer stressed the new safety features so I decided to "look"...which lead to a test drive, and to a Villages car show, followed by a purchase a week later. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very professional and friendly. Robert especially wanted to make sure I had the right car and the right deal. Purchasing a new car is not easy but he helped to walk me through and never gave up at every challenge that I would present. Closing the process with Raul Echeverria was smooth and uncomplicated. I will return for service and definitely recommend Jenkins Honda. More
