Car Care Under Care Plan Worth It! I recently went to Jenkins Honda for the first maintenance check under the Car Care Plan on my 2014 Honda-CR-V AWD. I had purchased the Plan in Janua I recently went to Jenkins Honda for the first maintenance check under the Car Care Plan on my 2014 Honda-CR-V AWD. I had purchased the Plan in January 2018 when I bought the vehicle. The Service Dept. did a thorough inspection on various parts; changed oil; oil filter; etc.; etc. - all covered under my Car Care Plan. They responded to any other issues I mentioned. I also returned to have a sun visor installed that was defective. Staci Farese, Service Manager, was outstanding in meeting my needs. She was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough to ensure all was performed according to Honda specs. I was very pleased with the service and my overall experience! Thank you, Staci!
