Everyone seemed on task and I was even greeted when I pulled my car in for service. The only thing that was a bit lacking was the waiting room and limited selection of food. I've been to some that even serve breakfast!! Others that have many selections of bagels and fruit. All I saw at Jenkins was donuts and coffee. More

First service on new car. Came into service about 3:00pm without an appointment for my first oil/filter change and multi-point inspection. "They always manage to fit you in" I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appoi I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appointment! Staci and Nate were so kind and worked me in as soon as they could. Shazam spent over an hour trying to re calibrate the windshield but found an underlying problem and educated me as to what was causing it. Battery was also replaced and off I went.
