I was in for an Oil change. I received the usual excellent service. I made my appointment on-line, arrived for my service and was on my way in just over an hour. Service greeter I received the usual excellent service. I made my appointment on-line, arrived for my service and was on my way in just over an hour. Service greeter was cordial and directed me to Service Advisor Staci. Staci wrote my order and applied my coupon; she explained the multi-point check results and walked me to the cashier. My total bill was as expected. My preferred Service Advisor Kristie Weeks even stopped by to chat a minute and ask how everything was going. More

Service was over and above!! I brought my CRV in to get a door panel replaced. Brandy was a super help in getting me the help I needed.
