Battery issue Was away 10 days. Upon return no lights, would not start. Vehicle towed to dealer, thoroughly checked and only problem was discharged battery. Coul Was away 10 days. Poor sales customer service After many hours at the dealership on 5/22/18, I was finally walked out to my CPO vehicle close to midnight, only to be informed by the salesman that After many hours at the dealership on 5/22/18, I was finally walked out to my CPO vehicle close to midnight, only to be informed by the salesman that they did not have the spare keys; even though the 182-point CPO vehicle checklist had it checked and was signed by both the technician and the reviewing manager. I called and emailed the next day and a few days later we had agreed that Jenkins Honda of Leesburg dealership would mail me a check for the cost of the spare keys. Fast forward to almost a month later, and I am still awaiting the check that the dealership assured me would be here by 6/13/18 at the latest. I contacted them again on 6/15/18 and yet again on 6/18/18 and I am yet to receive any form of reply from them. I was also never given a Honda CPO warranty booklet. In my eyes, the CPO process has lost credibility: If they were willing to sign off on something as simple as visually verifying two sets of keys, there’s no telling what other shortcuts were taken during the CPO process. I am distraught by the lack of professionalism at the Jenkins Honda of Leesburg dealership and hope that this is not a reflection of the corporation. More
