I had a specific model in mind, and had a car to trade. I let them know right away how much cash I was willing to put up along with the trade, to make the deal happen. While we were quite far apart at first, with some civil back and forth, we were able to, reasonably quickly, arrive at a mutually agreeable deal. My salesperson, Mr. John Harbaugh, was just the most knowledgeable, even-tempered, and affable individual I have ever bought from. And in my lifetime I have bought dozens of cars. During and following the sale, I spoke with several other employees in various capacities, and all were personable and a pleasure to interact with. I recommend Jenkins Honda and Mr. Harbaugh without reservation. More
