Nathan was great. It took 4 times to get it fixed. Sometimes it is difficult to diagnose as was this. The fourth time I took a loaner and seeing my car was going to be there a day or two, I asked to ha Sometimes it is difficult to diagnose as was this. The fourth time I took a loaner and seeing my car was going to be there a day or two, I asked to have the interior detailed and asked the Price ($50.00). So Nathan said he would have it done. When Nathan called to say the car was ready, he said Honda would pick up the cost of interior detail . Thank you, however, they vacuumed the front and back seat rug and that was all. I am ready for a hip replacement and would have been more than happy to pay the $50.00 for the interior detail. But, it was a disappointment for me that it was really not done. At least I hope that's not what is considered clean. But the car is finally fixed and I thank you for that. Sincerely, Sandra Walver More

Broken shift lever Late on a Saturday, the release button on my shift lever broke off and I couldn"t get the shift into Park. The next day (Sunday) we were able to get a loaner car with help from Jenkins staff. The car was repaired early Monday and we were on our way. More

Problem Solved I damaged my wheel lock key and one of the locking lugs. My service advisor, Nathan, was able to have the damaged lug removed, remove all of the othe I damaged my wheel lock key and one of the locking lugs. My service advisor, Nathan, was able to have the damaged lug removed, remove all of the other three locking lugs and replace all four with non-locking lugs at a reasonable price. They also installed front brake pads (which I provided) for a labor only charge, which I thought was on the high side, but I did appreciate their willingness to install pads which were not purchased from them.
