The coffee/hot chocolate was ready as were the doughnuts ( a nice add on ) In less than 30 minutes, the car was ready and the price was well within my budget. Staci has been my advisor before and your company should be proud of how she conducts business for you. She has always been delightful, as well as knowledgeable. A lady name Lee reached out to me and said that she will call me once they get one in, and that I will be first on her list. Sure enough, once they got one in, i got a call and came in. After we sat down and dealt with Bill and talked about numbers, and did the whole finance thing, they were treating us like family. We love the fact that our sales person, to the GM, to the finance advisor was on our side going to bat for us. They were very pleasant to deal with and literally gave me a price I couldn't pass up.
