Tyler Davis who sold us our CR-V 2016 helped arrange a pretty good deal. Had some issues with sap that had gotten all over the car while in Jenkin's lot. Tyler & Kristen helped resolve that issue. Like the features on the new car. Think $15,000 was a little low on the trade in. More

The sales experience was horrible with a disrespectful attitude and the service dept sent us out on a trip in a car that could have resulted in an accident or death. We had it services and tiold the we suspected a wheel bearing going out. We were to,d it was not but needed an expensive brake job that we now suspect we did not need. .We proceeded on the trip to have a wheel bearing go out. When the Honda dealer in the other state called them they stated they knew it but someone forgot to tell us. This is negligent ant totally not acceptable. . We did purchase a car at Love Honda and it was a much better experience...This is a very sad thing as my husband retired after 28 years making these cars and we have stayed loyal to the brand. More
Routine service I called Jenkins Honda after the computer in the car told me I needed service. I bought a 2015 Hyundai in Sept. 2017 from your Honda dealership so I I called Jenkins Honda after the computer in the car told me I needed service. I bought a 2015 Hyundai in Sept. 2017 from your Honda dealership so I wondered if I had to go to a Hyundai dealership or could I bring it to your Honda dealership. To make a long story short, you guys assured me I could bring the car to Jenkins Honda. I made an appointment, brought the car in; was told it would take an hour or so, and was delighted to be told some 37 minutes later I was all set. Kudos to everyone in the service department. More
