Dishonest about condition and price of vehicle I wanted to see a car that I had seen on the website, but was not sure whether it was "certified pre-owned". When the car was brought out, it did not I wanted to see a car that I had seen on the website, but was not sure whether it was "certified pre-owned". When the car was brought out, it did not have the signs of being ready for sale. Scott was no help in determining the status. When I indicated that I was interested, he brought a price that included $2,500 to make it "certified pre-owned". When I resisted, he went away for a minute and came back, having taken off the upcharge. At that point, I felt I couldn't negotiate further, even though when I was on the website, there was an offer to immediately reduce the price by $250 to $300 if I made an appointment and printed the coupon. I purchased the car at the full price. When I got home, I looked on the internet and saw the car on your website as "certified pre-owned". I was very angry and embarrassed and felt I had been conned. After a couple of conversations with Scott which produced no satifsfaction, he indicated Customer Relations would call. Never heard from them. More

Bill was very sensitive to my financial circumstances and arranged a great package for me. Bill had another customer to serve and he turned me over to John and he was so helpful and answered all my questions and helpful set up my new vehicle. In the finance department, Gino (hope I am spelling his name correctly) was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I had no intention of getting a new car that day but they put together such a good deal and made it very easy to make the deal. Great Customer Service I really enjoyed my experience at Jenkins. Lee was GREAT and had a lot of patience for my husband and I. Being first time buyers, Lee was very helpful I really enjoyed my experience at Jenkins. Lee was GREAT and had a lot of patience for my husband and I. Being first time buyers, Lee was very helpful in finding us what we needed to drive off the lot the same day. Lee even assisted us with finding car insurance and ensuring that we received the best lowest price for our budget. Gino was our financial officer that found us the best bank for our price range. They both were genuinely concerned about our thoughts and feelings. Neither made us feel pressured or unimportant. Lee and Gino both stayed at the car lot with us on a Sunday evening until about 8:00 pm to ensure the deal was sufficient and we were satisfied. Thank you both for going over and beyond to ensure great customer service was provided. I would also like to commend Nate Moore from the service department. I came in for a part for my vehicle and asked him where do I go to receive the part. The person that he was looking for to assist me was not available, so he took it upon himself to assist me. It was only a hubcap emblem cover, but he treated me as if I was the most important customer of all. Thank you to all that assisted us, and Lee, the car is now singing to my husband.
