I bought my first Honda 15 years ago and have had all my service done with this dealer. I have always been well treated and felt valued as a customer. He is VERY knowledgable of the vehicles he sells and has lots of experience and gives honest advice and fights for the best deal on your vehicle. I can honestly feel Bill's compassion in what he does. He was not just someone who wants to sell you a car! He cares for you as a person. MY 4 year old daughter LOVES Bill and when you go see him you will know why. Bill will do whatever it takes to make you happy and he truly wants that from your experience with him. Bill is not "fake", he is genuine, kind and honestly he has earned my business for the rest of my car purchases! No pushiness, no fast talk, just pleasant and accommodating to not only myself and my wife, but our daughter as well. Thats not to say the rest of the staff including Jason the sales GM and Raul V. wasn't courteous and pleasant as well. I have been a loyal Toyota custo I went into the dealer after seeing a ad on television and they looked to have a few cars that I would interested in. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for the past 10 plus years and I thought I would always be with Toyota. After spending about 20 minutes with my salesman I knew that my time with Toyota was over. I traded in a 2009 Prius and got a very nice 2016 Accord. The process was very quick and easy. I could not have asked for a better experience there. More

I had an oil change with appointment and car was ready for 20 minutes before I could even cash out. Was at dealership 1.5 hours. Old employees are no longer here that knew what they were doing. Highly disappointed. More
Unwilling service department. I was at Jenkins Honda on Monday June 13, 2016 to see about possibly getting some service done to my new Honda HRV. I was going on a driving vacation, I was at Jenkins Honda on Monday June 13, 2016 to see about possibly getting some service done to my new Honda HRV. I was going on a driving vacation, have had the vehicle for almost five months, and have 4100 miles on it. I wanted to have the tire pressure, nitrogen filled, checked along with a tire rotation and oil change. A thin service manager, right side of door when you walk into service was where his desk was, answered some of my questions. He first told me all the fluids and tire pressure were checked at the 1000 mile complimentary service check, I informed him my car was never in for a 1000 mile service check because I had inquired about that when I bought the car and was told no service necessary until the first oil change at about 6500 miles or when the dash light said it was necessary. Well right there is the same service department telling a customer two different things. So when I told him the vehicle never had a 1000 mile check up he then began to tell me no service was necessary. I told him he just told me two different things. First was a 1000 mile complimentary service should have been done, then he said no service was necessary. In the time we were debating what I wanted checked could have been done and completed. Finally he agreed to do it. I just wish there was another Honda dealership around since I have purchased a prepaid oil change/tire rotation program and will have to go back to Jenkins Honda. I definitely give their service department a 'D' for attitude and really would have a difficult time recommending that dealership for vehicle purchase secondary to the bad test that service 'manager'/'writer" left in my mouth. Not the way to treat people who purchased vehicles from their dealership. I wish I would have gotten the person's, I cannot call him a gentleman, name so I could contact the fealership. He looked to be in his 40's, thin, receding hairline and to the right side of the door as you walk into service. More

We (my husband and i) weren't really thinking we were going to buy a car we looked at online. Once we got to the dealership, we were really just going to look at it. They came out and greeted us and within 5 minutes we were test driving the car we were looking at. After that we were sold on the car, but we needed to be at a certain price range. The manager and our sales guys worked on it and after a few times of crunching numbers, we got to the price we could handle. Our loan officer Michael was great, and a very personable funny guy who got us in and out with all our questions and concerns covered with a contract/loan in hand with the keys. Thank you all, i really was not in the mood to buy a car, but you changed my mind without being pushy and rude like many dealerships I've been to in the past! More
