Best Purchase Process to Date. I am very impressed with all aspects of Jenkins Honda and how they make you feel you are more than a sales number. When the car was purchased the vehi I am very impressed with all aspects of Jenkins Honda and how they make you feel you are more than a sales number. When the car was purchased the vehicle that was advertised on the internet was not the vehicle associated with the VIN, the price for the other car was higher. However to my surprise Jenkins Honda honored the price that was listed on the website. I do not believe there are many, if any, car dealerships that would go to that extent to make a customer happy. Thank you Jeff Thompson and everyone involved in our purchase...you guys rocked. Also, we recently took the car in for required maintenance, almost three months after purchase, and ran into Jeff. He was just as friendly as the day we purchase the car. We had a nice conversation and he even remembered a funny event that occurred during our purchase. Only needed an oil change I visited Jenkins Honda to request an oil change and rotate the tires as I would be going on a long trip. Talked to Erik the service tech and he advis I visited Jenkins Honda to request an oil change and rotate the tires as I would be going on a long trip. Talked to Erik the service tech and he advised that it wouldn't take very long and to have a seat in the waiting room and help yourself to some coffee and donuts. I decided to pass that offer up and wanted to look at the new cars that were in the showroom. I was greeted by a salesman named Bill Gleason and he wanted to know why I was coming in, told him the reason and that I was planning a long trip, he said "Wouldn't it be nice to drive a new car to Texas?" Bill Gleason was very professional and asked me questions about my previous car and wanted to know if I wanted to take a test ride in a new Honda CR-V and I couldn't pass up that offer. He showed me several colors, but I wanted to see the dark gray one. He explained all the features in the vehicle and I liked the option of the eco boost and the Bluetooth which I never had one in my car that was getting the oil change. I must say that Bill Gleason is a great salesperson and knows his stuff about Honda vehicles and leasing benefits versus financing options. I felt very comfortable being at this place of business and everyone was very understanding and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place of business to my friends that would like to buy or lease a car from this dealership. Oh from having an oil change on my 2011 CR-V I drove out with a new 2016 leased CR-V the one I took for a test ride thanks to Bill Gleason!!!! More

Great--happy new Honda owner I had a great experience buying my new Honda Fit from Jenkins on Sunday. We wasted 6 hours the previous day at Orlando Kia North and were about to pu I had a great experience buying my new Honda Fit from Jenkins on Sunday. We wasted 6 hours the previous day at Orlando Kia North and were about to purchase a Soul when they couldn't honor the price they originally offered. We had inquired about prices listed on True Cars and heard from Savannah. We went in to check out the Fit and after a test drive, started to talk numbers. The only thing I would change about the experience is the hassle of all the back and forth--I know they're making a sale and it's commission based, but we came in based on the numbers quoted on True Cars, which said that they are to honor the True Cars quote. When they knew we were coming in, it should have been known that was why we were there and not to bother pitching other offers, but I know that's part of the business. We weren't interested in the Jenkins package or anything that would up the cost, as it was already at the top of the price range we were comfortable spending--the True Cars number was what got us in, and that was what we wanted to work with. That aside, we worked with a new salesman, Galen, who was very nice and patient. We had our 2yo son with us for the deal and everyone was understanding about the fact that he wanted to run around and at any point in the deal, one of us would have to take off after him (some parts of the process were done in the kids zone, or near by so we could see him playing). Michael in finance was very kind and downplayed our toddler's attempt to get into everything in his office and even went to get some toys from the kid zone to try and placate him. We also stopped by Jenkins Honda on our way back from Tampa and hadn't really planned on driving home with a new car that day, so we didn't have the trade in vehicle on us, but they went above and beyond and had Galen ride back to Orlando with me to get the trade in and bring it back to Leesburg. This was right at closing too, so Galen was a great sport and got hime to his family later than anticipated, but saved us the major headache of having to coordinate bringing the trade in out to Leesburg and dropping it off (and driving two cars out there). I love my new car and am very happy with my purchase! Thanks Galen, Michael and everyone else at Jenkins Honda that helped us with the deal! More
