Second Chance My first visit to this dealership was very unpleasant. I dealt with a very arrogant Sales Manager that insisted on attempting to humiliate me in front My first visit to this dealership was very unpleasant. I dealt with a very arrogant Sales Manager that insisted on attempting to humiliate me in front of his sales staff because I rejected several of his quotes for the purchase of his vehicle and trade-in of mine. Needless to say I did not purchase a vehicle and walked out. The word must have spread pretty fast after I left. I received personal calls from senior managers from the dealership that apologized for the incident and assured me that if I was still looking for a new Honda I would be treated with respect and would receive a fair proposal on the purchase. As it turned out I decided to give them a second chance to make things right. They were true to their word and I purchased a new vehicle. More

Surprisingly easy! Our purchase of a 2016 HRV was surprisingly easy yesterday. Intending to test drive a Civic, we changed our mind after looking at the HRV.
