We had a quote from the TrueCar website and the dealership held true to their quote. No games. When my mother was tired after shopping and closing the deal, Michael offered to deliver the car to my mother in Clermont. What a relief. The kindness and patience shown to me and my mother by everyone we encountered that day was a one of a kind experience. Bought a Pilot Went to see what it would cost to trade MY 2012 Honda Odyssey in on a New Odyssey (Love the utility of this car like ride mini-Van) Ended up riding o Went to see what it would cost to trade MY 2012 Honda Odyssey in on a New Odyssey (Love the utility of this car like ride mini-Van) Ended up riding out in a 2016 Pilot. John Harbaugh, and Manager,Josh put up with my looking at various options CRV, Odyssey's even a used Acura and brought out a 2016 Pilot to try. LOVED IT but didn't want to spend that much. They worked with me and got a price I could live with so I took it home. They took their time, didn't pressure, let me try different options and explained features. I have been buying Hyundai's from a Jenkins Dealership for years. Bought the 2012 Odyssey from a different dealer and had HATED the purchase experience. My wife would NOT consider buying another Honda (even though we both loved the product) just because the buying experience was so poor. When I saw the Jenkins group had acquired a Honda dealership I decided to give it one try. I must say it was the same pleasant experience I had come to expect from Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, Florida.
