Debbie was there, and she was as nice and helpful in person as she was on the phone. Tony Moore took us on our test drive of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its features, and he assisted us wonderfully during the sales process. Mike covered all the financial and paperwork details very thoroughly, and answered all of our questions about those items. As we waited for paperwork to be completed, Debbie, Tony, and others offered coffee & snacks. For a car buying experience, it was definitely a pleasant one. More
