Nice experience Sometimes events occur with your Honda that should have been taken care of by manufacturer. Jenkins makes it less traumatic. My heater core left the Sometimes events occur with your Honda that should have been taken care of by manufacturer. Jenkins makes it less traumatic. My heater core left the factory with a defect that was not diognosed until warranty ran out. Jenkins did a good job implementing the service bulletin and corrected problem. Thanks More

Great repair experience while vacationing We were visiting Florida from South Carolina an emission warning light came on on a Wednesday night. Friday we needed the car to drive our grandson h We were visiting Florida from South Carolina an emission warning light came on on a Wednesday night. Friday we needed the car to drive our grandson home to Georgia. Called Vanessa Thursday. She said to bring the car right over after explaining our situation. The technicians took the car immediately. Turned out the car need new fuel injectors. The dealer had the parts and installed them. I was out of the dealership in under three hours. And they washed the car! If we had been at home, there would have been a two day wait for an appointment and chances are they wouldn't stock the parts! More

FANTASTIC MY "SERVICE SOON" LIGHT CAME ON WHILE I WAS NEAR MY HONDA DEALER. I THOUGHT SINCE I WAS CLOSE I WOULD STOP AND SEE IF THEY COULD DO THE SERVICE. STACI MY "SERVICE SOON" LIGHT CAME ON WHILE I WAS NEAR MY HONDA DEALER. I THOUGHT SINCE I WAS CLOSE I WOULD STOP AND SEE IF THEY COULD DO THE SERVICE. STACI FARESE, THE WOMAN THAT TALKED TO ME, WAS SO ACCOMMODATING. SHE SAID "WHY OF COURSE WE CAN GET THIS DONE FOR YOU. IT MAY TAKE UP TO AN HOUR THOUGH." I WAS FREE FOR THE WHOLE DAY SO I WAITED. WELL, IT WAS 35 MINUTES LATER AND THE SERVICE WAS FINISHED. THAT WAS JUST SO NICE OF THEM TO GET ME IN FOR SERVICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE PURCHASED ALL OUR VEHICLES AT JENKINS HONDA, FORMERLY BLOUNT HONDA. HONDA IS THE BEST. More
