Honda of Leesburg was much better Since the change to Jenkins they are unorganized, rude and extremely inefficient. So easy to do business with! We went in for a simple oil change and we were looking around the show room at a new CRV. Bill Gleason asked us if we'd like to go for a test drive. Big mistake 10 minutes in the new touring model and we were in heaven! We loved our 2010 but with all the new features we were sold on the new model! We went back to work out the numbers and were very pleased how easy everything was. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely tell our neighbors how nice it was working with everyone! Even finance went smoothly!! More
Only needed an oil change I visited Jenkins Honda to request an oil change and rotate the tires as I would be going on a long trip. Talked to Erik the service tech and he advised that it wouldn't take very long and to have a seat in the waiting room and help yourself to some coffee and donuts. I decided to pass that offer up and wanted to look at the new cars that were in the showroom. I was greeted by a salesman named Bill Gleason and he wanted to know why I was coming in, told him the reason and that I was planning a long trip, he said "Wouldn't it be nice to drive a new car to Texas?" Bill Gleason was very professional and asked me questions about my previous car and wanted to know if I wanted to take a test ride in a new Honda CR-V and I couldn't pass up that offer. He showed me several colors, but I wanted to see the dark gray one. He explained all the features in the vehicle and I liked the option of the eco boost and the Bluetooth which I never had one in my car that was getting the oil change. I must say that Bill Gleason is a great salesperson and knows his stuff about Honda vehicles and leasing benefits versus financing options. I felt very comfortable being at this place of business and everyone was very understanding and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place of business to my friends that would like to buy or lease a car from this dealership. Oh from having an oil change on my 2011 CR-V I drove out with a new 2016 leased CR-V the one I took for a test ride thanks to Bill Gleason!!!! More
Service Department We had service on our vehicle for a chewed up wire. The service was extremely slow. We never recieved our wash or vacuum. Went for service but ended up buying a new car. Vince McCurry was a wonderful sales agent. He throughly went thru the functions of the new 2015 CRV and described the benefits of new features.
