However, today Jenkins Honda and their Customer Relations Manager, Kristen Wotton exceeded my highest expectations with the way they solve any issue with the utmost integrity. Also want to mention my Service Adviser, Kristie Weeks who demonstrated she truly cares about her customers in several ways including walking me to my car. I took my 2019 CR-V to Jenkins after another Honda dealership screwed up my car. The other dealership “couldn’t find anything wrong.” It took Eric at Jenkins 2 hours to give me a call and tell me that dealership screwed up my car. The other dealership “couldn’t find anything wrong.” It took Eric at Jenkins 2 hours to give me a call and tell me that the other dealership had overfilled my oil. All of the services had been completed by the time Eric called, so it took him about 2 hours to find the problem and completely solve it! I am eternally grateful!! I know where I’ll ALWAYS be taking my car from now on! More
