Great Service Greeted in a professional manner by Melaine. Told it could take 1 1/2 hours but was done in 45 minutes. Service Department Excellent - But not so business office I have had no complaints about the service department. They are easy to work with, efficient and straight forward. However, if you get a new vehicle, I have had no complaints about the service department. They are easy to work with, efficient and straight forward. However, if you get a new vehicle, DO NOT let the business office talk you into a supposed "supplemental" warranty. It was supposed to cover things that the manufacturer's warranty didn't like batteries, tires, even windshield wipers. Don't waste your money. So far, I have replaced windshield wipers - once under the warranty. When I tried to have them replaced a second time (car is 4 years old) they said it was only one time coverage. I have replaced tires and battery with no help from warranty. It is a waste of money. More
