Initial 2 week experence The dealership has proven to have a dedicated staff with a mission for complete customer satisfaction. I would recommend that the dealership better manage their internal inter-departmental communications though. The outsourced service department appointment 800 number, is less that perfect, and there seems to a lot of miscommunication between the individual service, parts and sales departments. ( Service appointments made for repair and parts not showing up as expected after the customer shows up for an appointment). Again..... each individual group ( sales , service, parts ) have very high marks,,,,, but customer problems when those departments do not interact as needed .....make for a low overall experience Bill Edwards (412-889-9424) More

Second car purchase Traded from Tucson to Santa Fe Sport. MUCH better riding auto! new car purchase I received a new car flyer from the dealership on the sale of new 2017 Sonatas. When I went into the dealer I was told by the manager that there were I received a new car flyer from the dealership on the sale of new 2017 Sonatas. When I went into the dealer I was told by the manager that there were no 2017 Sonatas left but that he would give me a good deal on the 2018 model. The 2018 model was no where near a good deal as I would have gotten on the 23017. More
Went in to get 2011 Hyundai sonata serviced and left with a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra To start off Carl and Nina make a great team! I had no intentions of driving off in a brand new car but that's exactly what I did and Carl and Nina made it possible. Went in to get my 2011 sonata serviced which wasn't going to be cheap, my warranty was expired and it all was gonna come out of my pocket. Due to a low credit score I never would have dreamed I could own a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra limited ( it's loaded!) But Carl and Nina and finance manager got me in it with a very low down payment and low monthly payment. More

David is not only very professional but so knowledgeable, as well. He puts his customer first. Phil Barber is not a good representative for your dealership; condescending and nasty.
