Salesman was young and inexperienced in knowing the details of the car. Actually gave false information regarding features of the car. A second salesman (Name I forgot) was more high pressure, but tried to do all he could to help make a sale. He also provided good help with incentives and discounts. In the end, I have a car that I may regret having leased. Time will tell and maybe I'll be wrong and happy with the car. Navigation was the biggest item I wanted and may like having the cellphone mapping as the GPS Navigation. Again, time will tell. More

Dealer dented car and refuse to follow up on complaint The service experience was decent initially and technician who signed her in was nice and professional to my wife. The car had a tire repaired and s The service experience was decent initially and technician who signed her in was nice and professional to my wife. The car had a tire repaired and supposedly the car was washed. Nick turned over the car to my wife. Our halfway decent experience quickly turned bad after discovering a dent in the back hatch of our Santa Fe. I hand wash the car weekly so I am very aware of the condition of the car prior to it being serviced at Jenkins. I called the service technician Nick who said he would speak with the service manager and they would get back with me. I expected a call back the next day. Days passed with no call back. My wife called five days later and was told that they are still "looking into it" and that they would get back with us as soon as possible. Another week has passed. It has been two weeks since it was damaged and obviously Jenkins is blowing us off. I have concerns about taking my car to a place that damages it and does not take ownership of the issue or even follow up with me. This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership. I also own a vehicle from Jenkins Volkswagen who are very customer focused if an issue arise. We are very disappointed with Jenkins Hyundai's lack of follow up and the damage to our car. More
