Easy from start to finsih We'd been searching for a 7 passenger SUV for some time and have driven 9 different vehicles and visited 12 dealerships. We were interested in tradin We'd been searching for a 7 passenger SUV for some time and have driven 9 different vehicles and visited 12 dealerships. We were interested in trading in our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that has about 5 months left on the lease. We really hadn't thought about another Hyundai because we were looking for a bit more cargo space. However, we like our Santa Fe and kept a new one under some consideration. Jenkins is about 40 miles away from us so not the most convenient. We have 3 Hyundai dealerships that are actually closer. I reached out to all of them before reaching out to Jenkins and either got no response or had a terrible experience with empty promises and gimmicks to cover up fact they didn't have the vehicle. Also, we had resigned to selling our car using the Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer program and encountered problems at 2 local dealerships who weren't following the program guidelines. Jenkins is also a participant in the KBB program. I reached out to Jenkins via email asking for a quote on a new Santa Fe with a specific color exterior, interior and package, specific lease terms and mileage. I got a quote back in less than an hour. And it was extremely aggressive. I told them about my trade and the KBB program challenges I had previously and they assured me that there would be no games and that they would meet or exceed the offer without issue. And if that wasn't reassuring, they offered to bring the vehicle to me, complete paperwork at my house, and take my car back with them. We agreed on terms quickly. There was no funny business. Mike Sofka handled our transaction and was awesome. Fast and buttoned up. No games. No empty promises. In fact, he was so accommodating and he hand his general manager Steve were so aggressive on price we actually leased an Elantra on the spot for another family member. 2 cars in one day wasn't what I had anticipated, but to be able to buy 2 cars, trade a vehicle, and leave the dealership happy in less than 2 hours, I was pretty impressed. I will highly recommend people make the drive from the Orlando area to Jenkins and would highly recommend Mike. More
