Rip off Had my own financing arranged. The financial mgr would not listen, he lied to me about interest rate and where I had to finance vehicle. He added pr Had my own financing arranged. The purchase took two days of listening to 'sales rep 'talk', only to find that the 'Blue Link' feature does not work that I have been paying for. I have been to several other Hyundai dealers, every one states a different trial and error cause. Blue Link itself gives different answers; they made an appointment with the dealer service department, who themselves could not fix the issues, but cited options. Service Staff are very friendly. Of course, sales reps are too, hoping for a sale. However, after the sale, they seem not interested in assisting with any issues. ie: BlueLink since I purchased the vehicle. The service rep (Erica) did everything she could to assist me with this visit. I have owned the vehicle almost a year.. More
