I made my initial contact with this dealership via the internet. I began at the Hyundai company site and through the 'BUILD YOUR CAR' option was led to this dealership and one other. We visited the dealership within a few days and met with the internet contact. I was pleased to see that the company has their staff work as a team instead of getting the salesperson who is 'up next'. We drove the car, a Genesis, got some initial pricing (we did not have our trade with us). Later we drove another car we were considering, a Lexus ES250. Both cars were excellent vehicles but we preferred the Genesis for its technology package and head and leg room, both front and especially back. Most of our dealings were with David and the sales manager, Bill Appleby. Both gentlemen were both knowledgeable and approachable. We believe we negotiated a fair deal. David spent an inordinate amount of time familiarizing us with the vehicle. This process could have been done in a short amount of time if it were not for our extensive questioning. David never failed to answer or find an answer to our questions. This dealership makes purchasing a vehicle a good experience. More

Worst Hyundai dealership i have ever visited. Steve from internet sales is a complete liar. He lied about everything from start to finish. My daughter decided to get a Hyundai Tucson for her first vehicle. The only trouble was the nearest dealership that had her color choice in stock was approximately 80 miles away. We decided to take a trip up to Jenkins Hyundai on a Sunday. Chris (I can only assume because it was his turn in the rotation) greeted us and pointed us in the direction of the Tucsons. He gave us the necessary space and when we inquired about the specific color my daughter was interested in....he located the vehicle (I think he literally drove it off the car carrier). The vehicle had not even been through dealer prep! After a test drive and a very brief (and I can only assume fair) negotiation process we purchased the vehicle. Chris was very helpful...very informative...and most of all...a good representative of his dealership and the Hyundai brand. In short...I would make another 80 mile trip to purchase a car from Chris/Jenkins Hyundai. More

I do not like giving anybody a bad review. But I felt like I needed to say something about this dealership. Initially when I started searching for cars, they were close to me so I contacted them. I m like I needed to say something about this dealership. Initially when I started searching for cars, they were close to me so I contacted them. I met with the salesman who was very nice. I did not have any problem with him. When he came back with the numbers for me I was astonished at the PRICE he quoted because I had found much lower at another hyundai dealer. Well here is where it gets interesting. He took the numbers back to his manager well they could not come anywhere near the other quote. As I was leaving the manager stepped infront of me and proceded to tell me that I would never get a better a deal then there dealership on what I wanted. I laughed and said that I already had. Well he argued with me and practically yelling at me said NO YOU DID NOT. I told him I was not going to argue with him and to have a great day and left. His argument was that he knew it all and had been there 11 years. I appreciate knowledge, but do not appreciate it when someone appears to know it all.
