I made a service appointment for my new Hyundai, when I arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it as a doctors office visit. Being a retired MD I can say that in all my years I’ve never had a patient wait more than 30 minutes. This dealership is a joke. Call and try to talk to someone in service, good luck, they never answer the phones! More

I just stopped by to have an engine code checked. I had Melanie Finn as a service advisor. She got me in right away and got an answer to what the problem could be and how to solve it.
