Jenkins Hyundai Service Center Bridgette was our Service advisor, From state to finish she was GREAT, she advised us what our Hyundai Santa Fe needed and gave us some options for us to choose from as wel advisor, From state to finish she was GREAT, she advised us what our Hyundai Santa Fe needed and gave us some options for us to choose from as well as cost factors, the wait time was relatively short considerably for all the work that was preformed on our vehicle, I take this time factor @ 2.5 hrs. using a comparison to the time spent just for a oil change from my former home base Hyundai in Georgia. Melanie truly went out of her way to ensure a safety recall was fixed fir me before we had to leave on a trip. I had just returned to the States from a 2 year lockdown in Australia & wanted to get my H recall was fixed fir me before we had to leave on a trip. I had just returned to the States from a 2 year lockdown in Australia & wanted to get my Hyundai safe before leaving in a couple of days for New Orleans. The dealership in Claremont told me the earliest I could get in was Mar 16, even though this was supposedly an urgent recall.
