Service was great. Only issue was the wait time for an Oil Change was 1 3/4 hrs. I had an appointment the day before, when I arrived, I was told the wait time would be a minimum of 2 hrs. before they get Oil Change was 1 3/4 hrs. I was told to come back tomorrow at 7am when they opened, and it would be much faster. I did and it still took 1 3/4 hrs. for an oil change. Not overly Happy about that. More

I came in to have my 2022 Tucson serviced for the first time. I was very concerned about not being able to unlock the doors from the back seat. I had called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and talked time. I was very concerned about not being able to unlock the doors from the back seat. I had called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and talked to someone in your sales department, and got no good answer other than that’s the way their built no, which sounded ridiculous to me. When I came in for service I talked to Tiffany, my service rep. She went out of her way to find out how or why this situation was occurring. She got into the back seat and eventually found that you had to pull the door handle twice to open the door. More
