The only problem was I requested they NOT wash my vehicle but they did anyway... I also requested that while waiting for the vehicle service I would not be harassed by a sales person like the previous servic but they did anyway... I also requested that while waiting for the vehicle service I would not be harassed by a sales person like the previous service where he wouldn't take NO for a reason on not buying a new car... I felt like the dealership has a captive customer while service work is being done and I advised service if it happen again I was going to talk with the GM, so being proactive I didn't have that bad experience again...
