CAVEAT EMPTOR !! I too once ignored negative reviews. Experience has taught me the negative are the real ones to really give attention to. Everyone at the Hyundai Dealership was great! I got the car I wanted and I am very pleased. I just have to remember to let the car run before I use it because if I don't the windows fog up and I can't see car I wanted and I am very pleased.
