Excellent Buying Experience Then I was Screwed! I was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade. I tried the car purchase service through my warehouse club, but just kept getting the usual dealership I was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade. I tried the car purchase service through my warehouse club, but just kept getting the usual dealership double talk and run around. Finally I found some Palisades at Jenkins online. After a few short emails with Sales Manager Reagan Dean, we agreed on a price. He set me up to come in and meet with Salesperson Carolyn Davis, who could not have been more helpful. Jenkins had 20! Palisades in stock. Most dealers have 1-3. It was easy to find the model we wanted, equipped the way we wanted. Carolyn was extremely helpful with no pressure. After returning from the test drive we had a short meeting again with Reagan Dean, and got a fair price for our trade, consistent with KBB valuation. A shout out also to finance manager Charles for getting us 1.9% financing! Carolyn has followed up with us since our purchase twice, once by phone, once by snail mail.
