My only issue had nothing to do with the sales staff, but rather with the purchasing agent for Jenkins.....I had visited the dealership days before going in and decided on a color if a car that I would like....there were some on the lot.....the day I decided to go to the dealership, they didn't have one in that color..... consequently, I purchased an automobile that doesn't live up to what I had hoped for.....next time I will do a bit more research, because once I made up my mind to buy......I never expected the color that I wanted would be unavailable....!! More

Cruise control & transmission repair My cruise control was repaired but best of all my dual clutch transmission was finally repaired after three & a half years of aggravation & almost ge My cruise control was repaired but best of all my dual clutch transmission was finally repaired after three & a half years of aggravation & almost getting hit by other vehicles several times because the vehicle would not move. When I first took it in to Jenkins Hyundai with the transmission issue I was told by Arron Fields (now service manager) that I was not driving it right!!! Hyundai after two recalls & many complaints finally came out with a fix (Transmission Clutch replacement). Now my Tucson finally runs & operates like a new vehicle & I am very pleased about that. Kirstie, my service advisor is the best. She is always courteous, knowledgeable & always tries to solve the issue. More

Oil change, filter, car wash Price and service was excellent. Car wash not so. Was given a ticket at Soapy's which only washes the outside and no vacuum. Attendants all want tips.
