The Service Department always does a good job. At 7:15 a.m. on March 7th a friendly employee, "Stine", greeted me at the car service drop off with a pleasant smile. From there I went into the waiting area to have complimentary coffee and a fresh doughnut. Complimentary chilled bottled water was also available, and the food service counter was open for business. The big screen TV was on, and tables were available where I could do the work I brought with me. In a short time the service agent, Adrian, escorted me to his desk to do the paperwork. He was very pleasant and efficient. While I was waitingt, Gabriel came over and escorted me to see the newest Hyundai model, a very spacious vehicle with sports car style. Very impressive, the car, and Gabriel's enthusiastic explanation of the great features of this new model. After viewing the car I walked around a bit and went by the reception area. The receptionist was charming and gave me a brochure with the Hyundai web address I needed. Hyundai has a very comfortable environment for their customers. There's even a separate "kiddie" playroom with fun things for kids to do. The dealership is always a nice place to do business. More

Edwin went above and beyond to get what we needed. Within a few hours we had viewed a recent trade in, taken a test drive and started our paperwork. The car was certified, so we knew we were getting the best vehicle for our budget. We went to several dealerships and had mixed feeling about our encounters. Jenkins staff was always courteous and friendly. Edwin was by far the nicest sales rep I have ever encountered. He answered every question and followed up with any needs we had during the process.
