I left that salesperson talking to my husband, walked off the lot, and emailed Jenkins to get a salesperson who might be interested in what I, the driver/purchaser of the car, had to say. After running into the exact same issues at another dealership for a different vehicle this time, I called Carolyn, told her what I wanted, and she had it ready for me in a matter of hours. More
