ONCE THE CAR WAS READY, CARL AND MANNY SHOWED US ALL THE IMPORTANT FEATURES, STEP BY STEP, ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND THEN CONGRATULATED US ON OUR NEW CAR AND HAPPILY WISHED GOOD LUCK AND SAFE DRIVING. WE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP SOME TOUCH-UP PAINT FOR THE CAR AND WERE GREETED BY IAN SOWARDS(FROM FINANCE), WHO HAD SOME EXCITING NEWS FOR US. WE WENT TO HIS OFFICE, WHERE HE REPORTED THAT HE HAD CONTACTED ANOTHER LENDER, THAT WOULD FINANCE THE CAR FOR A BETTER PRICE AND IN ADDITION WAS ABLE TO WORK INTO THE DEAL, A VERY GOOD FEATURE , THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO AFFORD THE DAY BEFORE. THE NEWS WAS HEAVEN SENT DUE TO THE EXTRA PERSEVERANCE OF YOUR DEDICATED EMPLOYEE. HE MADE OUR DAY AGAIN..
