I moved down from Maine and the person I worked with up there(Jim Davis) 3 years ago was very friendly & helpful on different occasions & kept in contact with me at different times to make sure I was still pleased with my leased Elantra. While we were there Jack Koczka, who turned out to be our salesman stopped by our tabl We came to Jenkins of Ocala to have our 2013 Elantra serviced. While we were there Jack Koczka, who turned out to be our salesman stopped by our table to see how everything was going and asked what was the thing we most liked and disliked about our Elantra. We mentioned to him that I was having trouble getting in and out of the Elantra. He suggested that maybe a Tucson would be better for me and asked if he could bring one up for us to see and drive. We agreed. We fell in love with the Tucson. We still owed two years on the Elantra so Jack worked a deal for us to pay less than we were paying a month. I can not say enough about Jack Koczka. He made us feel special and continues to stay in touch with us to make sure we have everything we need. More
