The experience for me was great he kept me informed about everything throughout the process made sure I was comfortable. Went on multiple test drives where he showed me the features of the car. I was actually nervous initially but his kindness and humbleness made him a real person and not just a car salesman. He was great. If I were to purchase a car in the future I would absolutely come back to Hyundai more importantly I would specifically ask for Daniel Pack again. More
