2016 Hyundai Sonata purchase Insulted on initial offer for trade-in which was very low as car was in good condition and discount was half of what was expected after researching ca Insulted on initial offer for trade-in which was very low as car was in good condition and discount was half of what was expected after researching cars online at TrueCar and Edmonds. Dealing back and forth took too long and bait and switch type tactics acting like giving discount or trade-in value wanted but "hiding" getting that amount back and more with financing offers that had higher interest rates than what I had clearly stated I wanted only 0% financing. Also, was told would not be better specials or deals for 4th of July weekend and this seems clearly to not be the case from the email I was sent of that holiday weekend promotion(s). Deal and car preparation took too long, almost 4 hours. Lot where most of new cars are is not very professional as dirty weed overgrown lot and therefore takes longer to get cars ready after sale it seems. Doors on lot and well as off were all locked and therefore could not just peek in to see features and takes too long for associate to go back and forth and get keys. More
