We were met by George Spencer, went for a test drive, Which we had test driven this model in We had great service from the time we pulled on the lot. We were met by George Spencer, went for a test drive, Which we had test driven this model in Hilton Head Hyundai and liked the car, but had a horrible experience with the dealership. I was trading in a 2012 Elantra hatchback with 2400 miles on it in excellent condition, and was treated like I was trading in a junker!!! The car was 2 years old showroom condition with such low mileage they were getting a new car back. Your salesman was a pleasure to work with, as was Juan who worked up all of the paperwork, and I don't remember the gentleman's name that spoke to us about extended warranties. So our overall experience was excellent. More
