Great service Had an appointment for 2:15 PM. Arrived about 10 minutes early. Was immediately met by a valet that escorted me in to talk with my service advisor. Had an appointment for 2:15 PM. Arrived about 10 minutes early. Was immediately met by a valet that escorted me in to talk with my service advisor. Was given a loaner (brand new Genesis) to use while car was being serviced. Received a call from my advisor a couple hours later telling me that the car was ready to be picked up at my convenience. It was a great experience. More

It required a lot of troubleshooting over several days. But George, my service rep, got me a loaner vehicle and kept me updated. Mike and the technicians stayed on the problem until it was solved. The Jenkins facility is quite lovely and the personnel are all very friendly and looking to sell cars. We took our Sonata in for a safety recall and were approached by a salesman who convinced us to look at an Elantra. I reluctantly agreed and guess what? We came home with the Elantra! The Sonata, we found out later was sold the same day! More

Arrived 10/03/17 in the afternoon my car was taken right in. Sara Scarberry was my assigned Service Writer. She was courteous, professional, very attentive, and efficient. A part needed to be ordered and I was given a loaner. On Wednesday 10/04/17 I called Sara around 1000 to tell her I wanted the old AirBag computer module part. Also I asked about a free car wash. Within the hour I received a call my vehicle was ready. I think the part was shipped overnight because it was safety related and Ron (Mechanic) put the used/old part in my vehicle.....Thanks to all. Excellent Service My appointment was scheduled for 9/11. Hurricane Irma was heading our way. I called the dealer to see if I could get my appointment changed to 9/8. My appointment was scheduled for 9/11. Hurricane Irma was heading our way. I called the dealer to see if I could get my appointment changed to 9/8. There were no appointments. I was told to just come in and they would fit me in. I drove in after a doctor's appointment and was taken right in. They did the oil change, fixed a recall problem, an air-condition problem and replaced my battery. This is a great place to have my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2015 serviced. More
